We are absolutely committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998. This privacy policy is to outline how we deal with personal data stored via the Landlord HQ mobile application.
Account Data
When registering for an account, we will store your email address for verification purposes. We do not require any other identifying information.
The Landlord HQ mobile application gives you the option to synchronise your data to the MultiStorey.com servers. Landlord HQ will only send this data to our servers through the apps “sync function” and not at any other times. If permission is given to Landlord HQ to use the camera, photographs will be stored locally and only sent to the server via the “sync function”. No camera data is captured whatsoever until a photograph is actually taken.
We will not sell or give away any of your personal data whatsoever, unless we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement.
We take our responsibility to safeguard any synchronised personal data very seriously. The nature of the internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the internet, as no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However we will take all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and will review these regularly.
If you want to find out what personal data we store for you, please email us at contact@multistorey.com. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we are happy to modify or delete your personal data on request at no cost to you.
Any minor changes to the policy will be reflected immediately at the same web address. If any major changes are made to the policy we will also send an email notifying you of the changes, and give you an option to either opt in or opt out of the updated policy.
